Tamsin Mulholland
I believe creativity is something everyone can access, not something reserved for those who feel that they are good at art.
I am a self taught artist with a background in English literature, photography and psychology.
My work is influenced by nature, often using bold botanical shapes and colour. I am drawn to simple forms and the way colour can change the feeling of a piece.
Alongside my creative work, I am also a mum and a trained mindfulness teacher. That naturally feeds into how I run workshops. I am interested in helping people slow down, feel more present, and enjoy the process rather than worrying about the outcome.
I know that starting something creative can feel intimidating, especially if you have not done it in a long time. My aim is to make that first step feel easy and comfortable.
I have PVG membership to work with children.
Arty People's Learning & Teaching Styles

We all like to learn in different ways. So at Arty People, we like to offer varied methods of teaching - Put simply, we use these three methods...
1. Tutor-led:
Often delivered with the Step-by-step process. This is ideal for beginners and those who enjoy seeing the art process easily broken down into stages.
2. Learner-led (with tutor input):
Get pointed in the right direction.
This is a gentle teaching method, great for those who want to work from source imagery or objects, but benefit from some 'Scaffolding' - initial structure and suggestions.
3. The Self-Directed Approach:
Suitable for those who have their own topics or methods for creation in mind.
Arty People can facilitate development through choice of media and space for your creative outcomes to flourish.
