Service Description
**Arty Hub** is a creative space for **12 to 16-year-olds**. Our midweek evening session is designed for young people with a passion for art, taking creativity beyond the classroom and making it a dedicated part of the week. It offers a chance to unwind, create and develop artistic skills in a relaxed, inspiring studio environment. Hosted at the **Arty People Studio**, this weekly two-hour session encourages creativity, confidence and technical skill. Students who enjoy creating art with like-minded teens, or who aspire to pursue a future in the creative industries, will have the opportunity to experiment, grow and develop their own artistic voice. Bring a snack and drink. Please wear suitable clothing for art activities.

Cancellation Policy
When you book a place on one of our classes/courses, that place is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations by the customer Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to help where possible. Transfers If space is available, we may be able to transfer your booking to a future course. Transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Missed sessions Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over to another course. If Arty People cancels a course If we need to cancel a course for any reason, you will be offered the choice of: a full refund, or a transfer to an alternative course or date. Course changes Arty People reserves the right to make minor changes to tutors, course content or schedules where necessary. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will contact all participants as soon as possible. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation policy.
